Had a very good experience with Budget rental.. I had made a reservation for Costco Rental and got an intermediate SUV.. Rental is not in the airport & you have take a shuttle to the Car Rental place where all rental companies are located.. which is time taking.. Once at the car rental place it was quick to pick up car.. I had mentioned that I am going to Grand Canyon & the budget guy was so nice he gave me a hybrid Kia Sportage.. Car was in good condition & clean.. had no issues at all.. The return was also very easy & fast.. Overall we had a good experience..

Had a great experience with Hertz on our recent road trip. Picked up the car from the Las Vegas Airport location and dropped it off in Seattle, the one way return fee of $350 felt very reasonable for the convenience. I had booked a RAM 2500 truck and was pleasantly surprised to have multiple options to choose from. Ended up selecting a 26 model with only 7.5k miles on it. Drove another 3.5k miles during the trip and still averaged around 16.5 mpg, which was impressive for such a big truck. Pickup and drop off were both smooth, the vehicle promised was exactly what I got, and overall the rates and fleet quality were excellent. Would definitely rent from Hertz again.

We used the Gold Service at Hertz Car Rental and had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was no wait, the vehicle was new and spotless, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Everything was quick, smooth, and stress free. I would give the entire rental experience a 9.8 the only issue being that after the initial booking i made a few modifications to the rental. About two hours leading up to the rental the website decided to tell me no reservation was found with my confirmation number and last name which was exactly the same numbers as the initial agreement. After i decided to ask the chat bot multiple times if my reservation was indeed valid. The chat confirmed multiple times that my reservation was still available even though the manage reservation still said no reservation found. I tried it from a different device and successfully seen my reservation was indeed good. So going to the rental counter i was skeptical if everything was still good. There was no line on a monday around 2 pm which was nice. The customer service lady was so cool she said its all good. “What color did you want”. I instantly had a sigh of relief and was shocked there were multiple colors to choose from. Then from there every experience was a 10 for me. The customer service lady, the guy checking my paperwork, the vehicle. The return process were all excellent. I rented the Ineos Grenadier a $100,000+ vehicle and the car and staff treated me like i was vip. Cant wait to rent another car. This was my first experience with Hertz at the Las Vegas airport. I hope all other Hertz will be this good.
