Qua Baths & Spa

My friend and I visited the Caesars Palace Spa this past Saturday, and we had a wonderful experience. While it was definitely busy, the spa itself is absolutely beautiful and well worth the visit. I loved all of the different beverage options available throughout the spa. My favorite part was the Arctic Room. It was such a unique and refreshing experience. The steam room with the essential oils was incredible, and I also really enjoyed the Roman baths. There are so many thoughtful amenities that make it easy to spend hours relaxing. What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service from the manager, Anna. I had an issue with other guests taking my robes while I was in one of the spa areas, and she handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make things right and made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. Beautiful facilities are one thing, but outstanding customer service is what keeps people coming back. Because of Anna, I absolutely would return and highly recommend the Caesars Palace Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing day in Las Vegas.

Had an absolutely amazing relaxing experience at Qua Spa during my recent Vegas trip. My friend and I both booked a day pass to have some time to relax, we did not book any services like a facial/massage, and still spent about 3 hours there. After walking 20k steps the day before it was so nice to be in the soaking tubs to relax/decompress and have some quiet time away from all the Vegas noise. We toggled between the tepid pool (about same temp as body temp, so still warm temp), and the hot tub, the cold plunge pool was out of order when we visited. The lounge chairs in the tub/pool room are heated which is very nice. We also did the ice/snow room, and steam room which had a eucalyptus scent to it that was refreshing. There are some refreshments like hot/iced tea, coffee/espresso, and sparkling water available. We were given a robe and slides as well. The Glow room had a red light mask, TheraBody full leg compression boots , and books for guests to use. There is also a full locker room/blow dryers. We did not ahead of showering/getting ready there so we didn't have our skin care items, so I would recommend bringing those if you plan on showering/getting ready. It was so tranquil and I would definitely go again.

Had a great experience at Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace. The atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious, and the Roman baths, steam rooms, and relaxation areas make it easy to completely unwind. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the service felt top quality. Perfect escape from the busy Las Vegas Strip. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful Restful Aromatherapy 50 mins Couples Massage here with my husband last week! Our masseuses Juliana and Sarah were awesome—we felt relaxed and enjoyed the massage, and pressure level was perfect. The spa is nice and clean—you also get to enjoy their amenities (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, etc) but note, they are gender specific, so my hubby and were in separate areas. Pricing is a bit expensive ($380) but they also give 15% discount for Caesars reward seven stars players which is great!

Had a great massage and day in the spa. Beautiful pools, loved the cold plunge and arctic room. Love that there was a shower in the steam room that was lovely and not something you see in a lot of spas. Great staff. Love that they had the red light mask and the lymph drainage boots.
