We got almost a brand new car, quick check-in and a smooth pickup. Took them a bit of time to find us the right car though. We booked luxury convertible (BMW 4 series), and first guy couldn't find one at all. Second one tried to give us a Mustang, and we had to specifically ask for the right one. Other than that, all good. Return was fast and agent was super nice and friendly.

We booked just over a weeks hire through Booking.Com. That part had lots of providers and options, Alamo seemed competitive. The collection point in Harry Reid Las Vegas was clean and modern, smooth service. We were taken to the cars and had an option to choose types and colour (within our range) .. cars all seemed new, and clean. The drop off was just as smooth, quick and easy. Transport to main terminal via free shuttle .. friendly staff all round. Definitely recommend Alamo off the back of our experience.

I recently rented a minivan from Alamo and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Booking online was quick and straightforward, with clear pricing and no hidden surprises. Pickup was smooth—the staff was friendly, efficient, and got us on the road without any unnecessary delays. The minivan itself was spotless, well-maintained, and in new condition. It was spacious enough for our group and all our luggage, drove smoothly, and felt reliable the entire time. Fuel efficiency was better than expected for a vehicle this size, and everything worked perfectly. 10/10 - highly recommend renting from this location!

I rented a car in Los Angeles and returned it in Las Vegas. When I returned the vehicle, I accidentally left a personal item inside (an expensive hat). About 10 minutes after leaving the rental location, while I was already in a taxi, I called customer service. Instead of immediately checking the vehicle and arranging to send the hat to my hotel, I was directed to their lost-and-found website and asked to submit a report there. To this day, the item has not been found or returned. In my opinion, it was most likely taken by one of the employees, as I cannot understand how it could not have been located otherwise. Additionally, I refueled the vehicle just before returning it. The fuel gauge appeared to be slightly below completely full—less than one bar—because the gas pump automatically stopped, as it normally does when the tank is full. Despite this, I was still charged an additional fuel fee because, according to the company, the tank was not completely full. I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled, both regarding the missing item and the fuel charge. The overall customer service experience was frustrating and far below what I expected.

First time renting in US. On pickup there was no queue. We were greeted by gentleman who showed us where to go and how to use the screens. Car was booked in advance. He refused a tip for his kindness so I am writing this to show our appreciation for his excellent customer service. The car was located in garage and easy to find. We had chosen a black 2025 Honda Civic 2.0 petrol, CVT auto. Cheap n cheerful as it was to be just a way of moving between Nevada and California. The car was clean inside except for windows - but hey, it happens! Some clean towel rub and they were fine. Bodywork looked good except for being like washed with a brick in some places but it's a rental so all acceptable. Steel wheels - perfect for me! AC cold. Radio was easy to connect to my phone. We did around 950 miles and got easy 42MPG average. Returned to Los Angeles branch.
