These terms govern the use of Las Vegas Buff as a travel portal and planner. The relevant provider is ultimately contracted directly. The laws of the United States of America apply.
§ 1 What Las Vegas Buff Is
Las Vegas Buff is an independent travel portal with information, images, reviews and a planner for your trip. We do not handle hotel or ticket bookings: the planner collects your requests and helps you keep track of travel dates, preferences, participants and expenses.
Contracts for hotels, shows, tours, restaurants, transportation or weddings are concluded exclusively with the relevant provider. We act neither as an organizer nor as an intermediary offering services of our own.
§ 2 Requests, Not Binding Bookings
A request saved in the planner is neither a booking nor a payment. It confirms neither availability nor price. A booking becomes binding only when you book directly with the provider and they confirm it.
Prices, dates, opening hours and descriptions come from publicly available sources and may change. Check the details with the provider before booking.
§ 3 Account, Planner and Participation
You use your account personally and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for content created or shared through your account. Participant and budget details belong to the trip owner and are displayed only to the extent authorized.
You agree not to provide false information, infringe third-party rights or exploit features through automated means (such as bulk queries or bypassing access rules).
§ 4 Advertising, Affiliate Links and Disclosure
Ads are labeled as advertising and come from our own advertising management system. When we link to partners, we may receive compensation without any change to your price (affiliate disclosure under the guidelines of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, 16 C.F.R. Part 255). The provider is responsible for delivering the service.
§ 5 Availability and Changes
We make every effort to keep the portal available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be expanded, changed or discontinued. We remove content when there are legal grounds or reasonable suspicion of misuse.
§ 6 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided „as is“ (as is) and „as available“ (as available). To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage. We provide no warranty for third-party content, external websites or providers’ services. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

§ 8 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Nevada, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-laws rules.
Disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will, to the extent permitted by law, be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association at the operator’s registered office. Class actions are excluded; claims may only be brought individually. Where recourse to a court is permitted, the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada, have jurisdiction.
