DJ at Harry Reid International Airport Las Vegas was awesome , he was understanding and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Spoke with several overseas rep who tried to assist and failed. I was ready to jump ship but I will definitely keep my business here! Thank you DJ for restoring my faith. Also Wagoneer best car to rent for family of 6 fit all our luggage comfortably.

My wife joined me on a work trip to Vegas on what she described as the hottest days of her life it was over 100 degrees every day and thank God we had a rental car from Enterprise with ice cold air conditioning to go to the store and go grab a bite to eat. I felt sorry for anybody who had to walk outside of there hotel - one day was over 110 see picture of car dash. Oh yeah great experience at check in picking up car and drop off!! Both employees who helped us at Vegas airport location were the best even in extreme heat conditions!! Thank you for making my wife comfortable on her “hottest days of her life” by the way we’re in our 60’s Great Employees!!

At first I was unsure of I would get the ‘AWD’ I requested as I requested a call via CS to verify my specific reservation was received but never got a call back. Got there and staff were friendly and informed me that the specific choice of vehicle were up to me and I chose a Wagoneer. Fuel consumption was surprisingly really good for the size of car, though the AC fan buttons didn’t work properly. Everything else was satisfactory. Next time I’ll walk the lot a little more to see what other options are available. All in all I’d say it was worth it.

I booked directly through Allegiant with my flight and everything seemed to go well. The car was ready and the return was easy however, the passenger front tire had a slow leak. They’re supposed to be credited me some points back for my trouble. I had to fill it up with air each day. Otherwise we enjoyed the Jeep Compass.
