South Point Bowling Center

We had a great bowling experience with the whole family. We went there on a Tuesday early afternoon and it was well visited but we got a lane right away. The staff were friendly and courteous. The lanes, balls and shoes were in good condition. Price was reasonable. We appreciated the smoke-free, family friendly atmosphere and the budget friendly pricing that allowed our family to be entertained for a few hours without breaking the bank.

This place has been good to me since moving here from another state. I love the service, the banter, the personality from the employees at the counter to the bartenders. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Only bad thing I have to say is that since I work late I wish it were open later. I understand that's hard with the service industry but maybe a 2am-4am over 21 would be amazing for other service industry workers would be nice once or twice a month. Great job to you and your staff otherwise.

I think this is the most affordable bowling spot in all of Las Vegas. These prices remind me back in the 90's. How costco keeps their hotdog at $1.50, they keep there bowling at $5.00. They have an early bird special $1 from 7am - 9am. I usually go at night after work or late at night just how my schedule works out. Ill go on a thursday or a friday and it gets pretty busy. There's league tournament that ends around 930pm. There is a line that's and it takes about 40-60 mins to get a lane after that. They don't have cosmic bowling I think but that's okay. They have a small cafe attached and a small arcade as well for other entertainment. Pretty easy to use computer system to enter names and have small list of themes to make your bowling scores pop out and easy to read or fun to see. They don't have other TV's for sports to watch while your waiting which is okay for me.

The prices are definitely reasonable. It was only four hours per hour of bowling +5 dollars for shoe rental.. The hours are tricky though they specify that they’re open almost 24 hours but there’s a hiccup apparently they do league bowling on most days during the afternoon and they are also closed from 4:30 to 6:30 in the afternoons to clean the lanes so I would definitely call ahead of time to see what hours they are using for the day as a website does not mention any of this. Overall, the place was clean. They did have lots of lanes to choose from although they did pack us in lane by lane by lane although lots of lanes were open which I wasn’t a fan of. They do have food there as well as a snack bar and even a movie theater right outside the door.

The bowling area was clean and spaced out, every other lane. You don't need a reservation, but we had to wait about 45 minutes before we got a lane. As we waited, we ordered various food items from the snack bar, which was yummy and served hot. The staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned up quickly after a group left the area. We had fun, looking forward to visiting again.
