    Das war die beste Wahl zu Silvester! Der Seefood Tower hatte Austern von 4 verschiedenen Orten, süß und Salzwasser, der Kaviar was top klasse und schmolz auf der Zunge im Einklang mit dem Champagner.

    Ich bin positiv überrascht worden. Meist klappt es ja nicht, wenn Amerikaner die europäische Küche nachbauen wollen. Okay, wir sind nicht in Frankreich und schon gar nicht in Lyon aber das Essen war von guter Qualität und der Service exzellent. Besonders die Weinkarte war ein Highlight. Auf der ersten Blick wirkte das Pinot Noir aus Kalifornien etwas überteuert. Aber meine Wein App hat mir schnell gezeigt, dass der Aufschlag bei nur 60% lag. Der Wein war wirklich sensationell. Auch die Speisen waren sehr gut, das Steak auf den Punkt und das Lamm sehr zart. Wenn mein Geld Porto zulässt, gehe ich hier gern erneut wieder essen.

    Sehr gutes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente. Auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis. Besondere, teils ausgefallene Speisen auf der Karte, aber für jeden etwas dabei und alles sehr lecker. Die Bedienung sehr persönlich und freundlich. Preislich auf sehr hohem Niveau, bei den Weinen noch mehr als bei den Speisen. Allerdings: wer im Venetian nächtigt, sollte auch hier nicht geizig sein. Es lohnt sich.
