Das Restaurant ist sehr dunkel. Mehr Licht würde die schöne Decke und die Deko, welche ganz gemütlich wirkt, mehr zur Geltung bringen. Die alkoholischen Getränke sind hochwertig und schmecken. Leider schmeckt das Wasser, welches in wiederverwendbaren Flaschen serviert wird, nach Chlor. In der Preisklasse stellt man sich eher Wasser aus der Gasflasche vor, die original abgefüllt ist. Das ist schade. Das Personal ist wirklich nett gut und organisiert. Beim Essen generell, muss man sagen, dass manchmal weniger mehr ist . Ganz so hervorragend hat es mir jedenfalls nicht geschmeckt. Aber das ist ja auch Geschmackssache.

Hugo’s Cellar im 4 Queens Hotel & Casino ist ein wirklich einzigartiges, traditionelles Steakhouse in Las Vegas! Ich bin in Vegas geboren und aufgewachsen und habe schon unzählige Steakhäuser besucht, aber dieses hier gehört definitiv zu den besten, die noch immer den klassischen Stil pflegen! Der Service ist unübertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich wie der einzige VIP im Raum. Jede Dame erhält bei ihrer Ankunft eine wunderschöne, langstielige rote Rose, und anschließend wird man von einem erstklassigen Serviceteam an den Tisch geführt! Von den raffinierten Cocktails über den am Tisch zubereiteten Salat, die hervorragenden Steaks und Beilagen bis hin zum Espresso und dem Dessert war einfach alles perfekt! Wenn Sie noch nicht im Hugo’s waren, sollten Sie unbedingt hingehen! Dieser Ort ist perfekt für jede Art von Feier und ideal für ein romantisches Date! 🌹

Das Ambiente ist typisch für ein altes Steakhaus. „Alt“ ist hier das Stichwort, falls Sie genau das suchen. Der Service war, wie in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, hervorragend, aber das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Wellington-Steaks waren verkocht, die Schnecken geschmacklos und die Steaks unsauber gegart (Grillstreifen waren furchtbar). Das Beste am Essen war der Salat, den unser Kellner zubereitet hatte. Der Kartoffelgratin war das Upgrade nicht wert. Es war eine Geburtstagsfeier, und es wurde kaum etwas getan. Warnung für kanadische Kreditkarteninhaber: Sie haben Probleme mit der korrekten Verarbeitung und haben meine Karte missbraucht. Anschließend haben sie mir auf ganz andere Weise übel mitgespielt! Ich würde nie wieder hingehen und es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Geben Sie Ihr Geld lieber in einem der viel besseren Steakhäuser in Las Vegas aus!

A classic, old school steakhouse and continental restaurant located inside the Four Queens Hotel & Casino. It’s known for its romantic, retro “old Vegas” atmosphere rather than modern wine cellar tastings, think brick lined walls, deep booths, tuxedoed servers, tableside preparations, and a nostalgic 1970s 80s gourmet vibe. The excellent salad bar serve, good breads and great wine sommelier!
