Das SW Steakhouse im Wynn ist auf jeden Fall edel und geschmacklich absolut überzeugend. Die Portionen fallen deutlich grösser aus, als man zunächst erwartet. Das Fleisch ist von hervorragender Qualität und perfekt auf den gewünschten Garpunkt zubereitet. Gerade bei einem bis auf den letzten Platz ausgebuchten Restaurant ist das alles andere als selbstverständlich. Eine beeindruckende Leistung der gesamten Crew. Die selbstbewussten Preise sind angesichts der Qualität, des Services und des Gesamterlebnisses durchaus gerechtfertigt. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die butterzarten Gnocchi als Beilage.

Ohne zu übertreiben: das mit Abstand beste Steak das ich je hatte. Essen und Getränke sind von höchster Qualität. Der Service ist exzellent. Einzig die extrem hohe Lautstärke im Restaurant schmälert das Erlebnis. Es ist so laut, dass man sein Gegenüber fast anschreien muß.
