Me and my friend Anna had such a wonderful experience. Being first time in a kayak had me little stressed out but everything went great ,it was stable and safe . We got around 400 stunning pictures that I can’t stop looking at . We were so well taken care of with water and snacks . Our reservation was originally postponed due to the rain but Cameron made sure to find a perfect day and perfect timing for this trip . His weather telling skills were impressive, we made it out of there before the big rain and hail . We also got entertained with mermaid and her beautiful singing . If you are in Las Vegas , it’s a must !

Aguas abajo de la presa Hoover, el río Colorado se vuelve tranquilo y de color verde esmeralda. La excursión en kayak sale de Willow Beach y recorre las escarpadas paredes de Black Canyon.
El destino es Emerald Cove, una pequeña gruta donde el agua brilla con un intenso tono verde bajo la luz del sol – uno de los lugares más bonitos de la región para hacer fotos.
Por el camino encontrarás aguas termales, cascadas y, con un poco de suerte, borregos cimarrones en las paredes rocosas.

- Lleva una funda impermeable para el móvil – querrás hacer fotos.
- No necesitas experiencia en kayak, pero debes saber nadar.
- En invierno el agua está fría – suelen proporcionar trajes de neopreno.

Went with a guide aloñg the river really nice , peaceful,the cave was backed up with different groups waiting to back into it literally like a line at Disneyland about a 20 minute wait ,the cave wasn't much of a cave but the sun hitting the water made it look emerald but it started getting windy and going back was very stressful we had to stop when the wind died down it was just me and guy ,the rest of the group was way behind us ,we finally made it back 30 minutes later the rest showed up,I would do it again and if your in the area try it yourself ,you will remember it
Very nice place. If you are not a boater or kayaker, you can go on a prepackaged tour that you will need to schedule ahead. If you are a boater NO engine's Sunday and Monday, other days 65 HP max. Very worth the tour. Very deep cold water looks green (emerald) as in photo.
Great experience, beautiful kayaking experience and only waited 30 minutes to see the cave bc of the touring parties ahead of us. Do bring your life jackets. We forgot ours at home but brought our kayaks. The website stated we could get them at willow beach for free but we ended up buying them.
Habe viel mehr erwartet. Die Höhle ist klein. Ein Kayak passt gerade so rein und kann wenden. Ist eher ein kleines Loch in der Canyon wand. Je nach dem wie das Licht scheint, aber schönes Lichtspiel.
